COMMUNITY AAPI
Over the last year+ we’ve watched as the pandemic has taken its toll not only on our small mom & pop restaurants, but also our AAPI community as a whole. Partnering with Community & Asian American Collective, we designed and donated aprons to 10 of our favorite Asian American-owned restaurants here in LA as a way to remind the city that we all need to do our part in protecting our AAPI community. LA was founded on the backs of our immigrant communities and our culture has been shaped by our food. Let’s all take a moment to observe AAPI Heritage Month by celebrating the many Asian communities who have defined how LA eats, now and forever.
