Finery’s First Ever Project: A Collection of Bespoke Chef Aprons for Roy Choi at The LINE Hotel LA
Our first ever project, Roy Choi’s POT and Commissary inside The LINE Hotel here in LA’s Koreatown. The inspiration from Roy was simply “ajumma”. After months of careful planning, our collaboration saw us create stylish, comfortable, chef aprons tailored specifically towards the diverse cultures in Los Angeles’ Koreatown. We designed the uniforms from scratch, using precise colors and patterns to ensure that every single staff member looked like a modern take of the Ajumma visualized by Chef Roy himself. All love to the homie Roy Choi, a kindred spirit.
